Overview
Most of the WordPress work that reaches us is a site somebody else built. It runs, more or less, but it's gotten slow, it's pinned to an old PHP version, or one abandoned plugin is holding up part of the business. Whoever set it up has moved on, and nobody left knows which parts are safe to touch.
So we read it first. Which plugins are load-bearing and which are just installed? What's been changed inside the theme? What was edited directly on the server and will disappear at the next update? You get a plain account of the condition it's in and what we'd do about it, in the order we'd do it. Sometimes that's a rebuild. More often it isn't.
New builds are the other half. A custom theme built as a theme — block templates, editor fields where the people writing content need them, and markup that loads quickly on a phone. Page builders make the first week quicker and the next three years slower.
WooCommerce is where a lot of this ends up: payments, shipping, tax, subscriptions, and the ERP or fulfillment system on the other end of the order. We build on Magento and Shopware too, so when a catalog or operation has genuinely outgrown WooCommerce, we'll say so and tell you what moving would actually involve.

A lot of WordPress problems get solved by installing another plugin. We look at the code first, work out what's actually happening, and fix the underlying problem when that's the better answer. The goal is a site that stays understandable and maintainable instead of accumulating another dependency every time something needs fixing.
We also build on Magento, Shopware, and Laravel, so we don't have a reason to force every project into WordPress. Sometimes a WooCommerce store should stay exactly where it is and the real problem is hosting, performance, or a poorly built integration. Sometimes it has genuinely outgrown the platform. You get the honest answer either way.

Yes, and it's common. We start by reading the theme, plugins, and whatever has been customized, then tell you honestly what condition the site is in. Urgent problems get dealt with first. You don't have to agree to a rebuild to get help.
Both. If a well-maintained plugin does the job, we'll use it — that's usually cheaper than building something ourselves. When there's no suitable plugin, we build the functionality properly: version controlled, tested, and documented so somebody else can maintain it after we hand it over.
Yes. Payments, shipping, tax, subscriptions, custom checkout and order flows, and integrations with ERP, CRM, and fulfillment systems. We work on Magento and Shopware as well, so we can compare the platforms against your catalog and operation instead of defending one of them.
Maybe. WordPress is a good fit for many content-driven sites and a lot of WooCommerce businesses, but it isn't the right answer for everything. We'll look at what you're building, who needs to manage it, and what the system needs to do before recommending a platform. If Laravel, Magento, Shopware, or something else makes more sense, we'll tell you.
Usually. We measure before changing anything because the cause is different every time — an underpowered host, a plugin running unnecessary queries, missing page or object caching, an old PHP version, or a front end carrying too much JavaScript and too many unoptimized images. Then we fix what the measurements point at and show you the before and after.
Yes. We find and remove malicious code, investigate how it got in, and address the vulnerability or access point that allowed it. That might be an outdated plugin, a compromised administrator account, or stolen hosting credentials. Cleaning up the visible damage without addressing the cause leaves the site vulnerable to being compromised again.
Yes, as a retainer: core, theme, and plugin updates applied and tested, backups checked, security monitoring, and a queue of smaller improvements. You can also call us when something breaks, though regular maintenance usually prevents small problems from becoming larger ones.
It can. WordPress stays as the editing interface, while content is delivered through the REST API or GraphQL to a React or Next.js front end. It's useful when a content team is happy with WordPress but the front end has requirements a traditional theme can't meet. It also adds moving parts, so we'll tell you when a well-built theme would do the same job more simply.
With a conversation about the site, the goal, and the constraints. From there, you get a written scope covering what's included, what isn't, and what we'd tackle first. If we think the work doesn't need us, we'll say so.
It depends on the state of what exists and what has to be built. After an initial review, we can usually tell you whether the work fits a fixed project, a defined first phase, or ongoing development. We scope the work before asking you to commit to it.
