Tell us what you’re working on
Starting something new, taking over a system somebody else built, or trying to fix a problem that’s been hanging around too long — all of it is worth an email. We work on web applications, websites, WordPress, e-commerce platforms, integrations, and the infrastructure underneath them.
After you send it
What happens next
We’ll read through what you’ve sent and get back to you with the next step.
If the project makes sense for us, we’ll talk through the goal, the existing system if there is one, and the constraints before anyone starts putting a number on it. That might end with an audit of what you already have, a scoped fix, or a plan for a build.
If we think somebody else is a better fit, we’ll say so.
Before you write
The more context, the better
You don’t need a polished specification. A few sentences and a link are usually enough to start. Useful things to include:
- What you’re trying to build
- What isn’t working
- The platform or framework it runs on
- What you’ve already tried
- Any deadline that actually matters
- A link to the existing site, if there is one
If you inherited the system, say so — it changes where we start looking. And if you don’t know what’s wrong, that’s fine. “Orders are failing and nobody can tell me why” is a perfectly good first email.
We work across custom software, web development, WordPress, and e-commerce, with Magento and Adobe Commerce being one of our deepest areas of experience. If you’d rather read about the work before writing:
